At BlessingFans.org, operated by Always Pray Ministry Inc. (AP Ministry), a Kentucky 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and faithful stewardship as we advance God’s Kingdom through good works.

Our Governance Model

We operate under a clear four-level governance structure defined in our official Constitution and Bylaws:

  • Level 1: Executive Leadership – President and Vice President

  • Level 2: Administrative Board – 8-person board holding 60% of total organizational voting power

  • Level 3: Operational Support – Non-voting staff (including Financial Manager)

  • Level 4: The Members (General Assembly) – Dues-paying users holding 40% collective voting power

The Administrative Board provides prayerful, wise oversight while maintaining strict financial discipline so maximum resources can support churches, ministries, and Kingdom work across the United States.

Administrative Board (60% Voting Block)

The Board consists of eight dedicated servant-leaders with the following roles and weighted voting power:

Voting Breakdown

  • President – 20% (final executive authority, max two 4-year terms)

  • Vice President – 15% (strategic leadership, assumes presidential duties when needed, max two 4-year terms)

  • Secretary – 10% (executes President’s directives, reports, official filings)

  • Ministry Operations Manager – 5% (spiritual focus, church & partner relations)

  • Ethical Director – 5% (bylaws compliance, vote reviews, improprieties)

  • Grant Ministry Operations Manager – 5% (grant oversight in union with Financial Manager)

  • Operations Manager – 5% (physical operations, hiring/firing)

  • System Operations Manager – 5% (platform operations, technical maintenance, compliance)

Total Board Voting Power: 60%
General Assembly (Members): 40%

Compensation & Financial Stewardship

To honor donor trust and 501(c)(3) standards, we maintain strict salary caps:

  • President: Maximum $75,000 per year

  • Vice President: Maximum $65,000 per year

  • All other Board positions: Maximum $50,000 per year

Each Board member may engage unlimited volunteers and up to 5 paid helpers (max $25,000 per helper per year). All expenses require formal Board-approved budgets. Member dues support administration and operations. Platform-generated income supports system development only.

How Board Members Serve

Board members participate in:

  • Monthly Administrative Team Meetings (1st Saturday)

  • Monthly Board + Members Meetings (2nd Saturday)

  • Quarterly Open Forums

  • Review and voting on major platform updates, grants, and policy changes

All decisions are guided by prayer, Scripture, our Doctrinal Statement, Rules of Decorum, and the Oath of Integrity.

Qualifications to Serve on the Board

  • Active, dues-paying Member of BlessingFans.org

  • Minimum 1 year (President/VP) or 2 years (other roles) as a paid member

  • Verified account with clean record

  • Commitment to the Oath of Unity and Goodwill and the platform’s Doctrinal Statement

  • Age 21 or older

Elections follow the timeline and processes outlined in the official Bylaws.

Our Commitment

We exist to serve, not to profit. Our goal is to provide a trustworthy, Christ-honoring platform where Creators, Churches, and Members can advance the Gospel together. Financial reports are available to Members upon request, and all major decisions uphold the mission in Article I of the Bylaws.
