At BlessingFans.org, we are committed to faithful stewardship, transparency, and integrity as we advance God’s Kingdom through good works. All financial operations align with our official Constitution and Bylaws, strict 501(c)(3) compliance, and the mission in Article I.

Creator Earnings & Withdrawals

All creator earnings (after platform fees) are available for withdrawal, subject to verification, anti-fraud review, and applicable laws.

Payout Methods (All Electronic – No Mailed Checks or Money Orders)

  • ACH Bank Transfer (via Stripe Connect) – Typically 48–72 hours once approved.

  • Standard ACH Banking Transfer – Up to 14 days.

  • FOUND (Recommended) – Processed within 48–72 hours via @found username.

  • PayPal – Coming soon.

Minimum Withdrawal: $50.00 USD
Platform Fee: 12% administrative fee (covers processing, operations, and development).

Tax & Reporting Information (IRS Compliance)

  • Creators & Independent Contributors: Earnings from tips, subscriptions, PPV, marketplace sales, etc., are treated as nonemployee compensation. AP Ministry Inc. will issue Form 1099-NEC where required by IRS rules (generally for payments of $2,000+ in the tax year). Creators are responsible for their own taxes.

  • Verified Churches & Ministries: Payments to verified 501(c)(3) organizations are processed as charitable grants/donations and are generally not subject to 1099 reporting.

  • Nonprofit Creators: Qualifying earnings can be directed as grants to your verified Christian 501(c)(3), subject to documentation.

We do not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional or IRS resources (e.g., Publication 1828 for churches).

How Funds Are Used (Financial Transparency & Stewardship)

  • Member Dues ($50/year): Designated exclusively for Administration salaries, operations, and ministry growth (decided by Board vote only).

  • Platform-Generated Income: Reserved strictly for system/platform operations, development, servers, and technical maintenance — not for Administrative salaries.

  • Platform Fee (12%): Covers transaction processing, development, support, and operations.

  • Church Giving (3–8%): Automatically directed to your verified linked church (vision to increase with platform growth).

Salary Caps (per Bylaws Article VII)
To maximize resources for Kingdom work and prevent private inurement:

  • President: Maximum $75,000 per year

  • Vice President: Maximum $65,000 per year

  • All other Board positions: Maximum $50,000 per year

Each Administrator may engage unlimited volunteers and up to 5 paid helpers at a maximum of $25,000 per helper per year. All positions and expenses require formal Board-approved annual budgets.

Fund Transfers: Moving money from System/Platform Funds to Administration Funds requires a full Administrative Board majority vote. All transactions route through the non-voting Financial Manager with proper documentation.

Audits & Transparency: Quarterly financial audits are mandatory. Approved budgets and reports are available to any active Member upon request.

How to Request a Withdrawal

  1. Go to Account Settings → Wallet.

  2. Complete photo ID and tax verification (W-9 or equivalent).

  3. Select payout method and submit details.

  4. Await approval and processing.

All withdrawals are subject to our Terms of Service, anti-fraud reviews, and Bylaws.

Important Compliance Notes

  • We operate with open hands and humble hearts, seeking to reflect Christ in every financial decision.

  • No private inurement occurs — all activities strictly serve our 501(c)(3) mission.

  • Information is shared with government entities only when required by law or court order.

  • Inactive wallets (24+ months) are handled per Terms of Service and unclaimed property laws, with preference toward supporting aligned ministries.
